Rudder Only anyone?

I would like to build this kit for an old Ace Pulse system. A couple questions:
1. Does this design retain the same wing and tail incidence as the Jr Falcon kit?
2. Does the kit retain the same dihedral as the Jr Falcon kit?
3. Although it says 2-4 channel....Anyone build this for Rudder Only operation?
