Gently Lady 250 Build advice

Hi All,
I started model building in the 60's, went on to business and life then got a glider pilot rating and flew for about 12 years before life got in the way again.
Decided to finish a 1/5th scale Grunau Baby II recently and, in hand launches, it headed for the ground quickly.
I decided to finish up painting it and mounted it as a display.Too many hours building to turn into kindling.
I am planning on a small kit glider like the Gentle Lady 250 that I can easily fly .
I will be asking questions once I get started. Thanks
