Receiver connections

Post by Steve J »

This post is not unique to the Papillion, but it is what I'm building and I didn't see a better place for it. Where do I connect the ECS and servos to the receiver? I have the WN 4 channel receiver.

On that receiver, you will see 5 sets of 3 pins. One is for the signal, one for positive, and one for negative. Each of those sets represents one of the 4 channels. Simply plug the corresponding servo to the right plug. Your esc can go in #2. Servos can go in 3 and 4. I forget which is the rudder specifically. Just make sure you have signal and power going to the right pins

See the attached picture for what pins do what. (Pulled from the WN site)

You're welcome! happy to help out!
Ya, these little receivers aren't always super clear as to what each set of pins does and which orientation the pins go. Definitely don't want to burn out a receiver on accident.
